TA500 series is the perfect truss option for those applications which require a high load bearing capability with a compact pack up.
TA500 truss has a special stacking design, saving trucking space and becoming the perfect solution for touring events and rental markets; they are also very useful for semi permanent or permanent installations and for decorative purposes.
TA500 stacking trusses 500 x 500 mm are provided with snap braces ref. TA500-BZ (Ø 50 x 2,5 mm), fitted with ABZ-01 aluminium claw clamps for a quick and easy assembly. TA500 truss comes complete with TA500-BZ joining arm; strengthening the rig structure:
-Ref. TA500-1000: one TA500-BZ included
-Ref. TA500-1500: one TA500-BZ included
-Ref. TA500-2000: two TA500-BZ included
-Ref. TA500-3000: two TA500-BZ included
(TA500-BZ net weight: 1,32 kg).
GUIL also manufactures snap aluminium braces with heavy-duty wheels (Ø100 mm), for an easy handling once rig structure is dismantled, ref. TA500-BZ/R (net weight: 2,90 kg).
They are specially designed to be piled up; reducing storage space and saving up to 60% to 70% of warehouse and truck space, becoming the perfect truss system for all applications which require a compact pack up. In just 1,83 m3 space you can pile up 21 m of TA500 stacking truss.
TA500 stacking truss, unlike folding truss, has not any hinge system, avoiding possible hinge breakage and preventing personal injuries.
TA500 Truss is manufactured from extruded aluminium tube (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6 according to the security norm UNE-EN573) and TIG welded (continuous cord) for a maximum resistance. All units are fitted with additional reinforced braces to strength the structure.
They offer the best combination: excellent load-bearing capacity with flexibility, compactness and lightweight.

Stacking truss is provided with a quick and reliable coupling system composed by female conical couplers with spigots and safety R-springs, ref. UTR-03. The UTR-03 connection system allows a fast, quick and reliable truss assembly. Each TA500 truss comes complete with the UTR-03 coupling system.

TA500 Stacking truss has been manufactured with the most advanced welding equipments, carefully selecting the raw materials used and controlling the quality of all their components during their manufacturing process. These quality control processes guarantee maximum safety and resistance, complying with the flexibility, sturdiness and manoeuvrability requirements needed for the constructions of aluminium structures. TA500 Stacking Truss is tested according to the DIN 4113/ BS 8118 specifications.
