TS520 SUPERTRUSS is a heavy-duty truss system of 520 x 520 mm suitable for big and complex structures.
Their strength, resistance and durability make it the best option for the majority rigging applications (large stages, rental markets). They are also very useful for permanent or semi permanent installations with high load bearing demands.
TS520 SUPERTRUSS is connected together with 10 mm thick mounting plates and M16 (8.8) hexagonal bolts (16 bolts per section) which substantially increase the truss loading capacity, offering maximum safety and resistance.
Note: Each TS520 SUPERTRUSS is supplied with bolts and nuts for connection.
TS520 SUPERTRUSS is manufactured from extruded aluminium tube (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6 according to the security norm UNE-EN573) and TIG welded (continuous cord) for a maximum resistance. All units are fitted with additional diagonal bracing (inner braces) for side loads, avoiding bending and deformations.
They offer the best combination: strength, flexibility, lightweight and durability.
- Wall main tubes: Ø 50 mm x 4mm
- Braces/Diagonals: Ø 25 mm x 3 mm
- Inner braces: Ø 25 x 3 mm
