All items are checked and leave us in good condition. Please check for any sign of damage to cases, items or packaging. Where upon the packaging or contents could have been damaged it is very important that you sign for the contents DAMAGED. If the proof of delivery is signed for with no sign of the written word 'damaged' on the POD then courier company will acknowledge the consignment was received in good condition and therefore all claims will be rejected by courier company and us 'The Flight Case Company'. If you feel the item is damaged, do NOT accept delivery. Feel free to open packaging and check while driver waits.
If you order Products from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
It is the customers responsibility to return goods in good condition with all packaging intact. If goods are returned that cannot be resold as 'brand new' the buyer will only receive a partial refund
You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Any issues or problems with the order must be put in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Any "next day" deliveries are based on orders received before 12pm. Any order after that time will be dispatched the next working day on an overnight service.
Custom Flight Cases
Returns will not be accepted if we are not made aware of any issues within 14 days.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Details of this statutory right, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are provided in the Acceptance Confirmation. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer Lifetime Guarantee on our UK built cases, this covers general wear and tear and hardware defects only (excludes all internal foam and castors). Damage as a result of misuse is not covered under the lifetime gaurantee.
We sell many cases that may not be UK built case. The best way to identify this is by the badge issued on the flight case. If you're flight case has the below logo with the symbol "Made in Britain" then this qualifies you for our Lifetime Gaurantee.
How the contract is formed between you and us
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that we have accepted your order (the Acceptance Confirmation) The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Acceptance Confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Products we have confirmed in the Acceptance Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the acceptance of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Acceptance Confirmation.
Any drawings, photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any photographs, descriptions or illustrations contained on our site, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the Products they describe. They do not form part of the Contract between you and us or any other contract between you and use for the sale of the Products.
We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. The general terms you can find here T&C at all times. The details about your recent orders you will find in your customer login.
