We are looking for a new sales advisor to join our team as we expand in 2017.
Job Description:

To manage and respond to sales inquiries within our growing and dynamic team. Dealing with custom flight case quotations and website product inquiries.

The successful application will also receive basic case design and CAD tuition to allow them to see custom jobs through from start to finish, prior flight case or packaging experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or in person
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 
• provide pricing and delivery information
• process orders, forms, applications and requests
• organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• liaise with the workshop and warehouse to insure deadlines are met
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Education and Experience
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of relevant computer applications
• ability to type
• knowledge of flight case / packaging industry
• knowledge of AV and Musical Industries beneficial

Annual Salary:
£20/24k depending on experience.
